The Murph Challenge is workout created to honor Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy and all those who have served our country. We will be modifying so everythign can be completed in bungee and accessible for all fitness levels.

Cancellation Policy

If canceling a class reservation, a six-hour notice is required. Class "no-shows" or late cancels will forfeit that class. Memberships require a 6-month contract that automatically renews each month for 6 months on the same date. First Timer & Senior Classes are good for 3 months from the date of purchase. If class is not booked within 3 months they expire.
