We also require all newbies to enroll in a First-Timer’s class to establish proper weight and resistance, harness fitting, common terminology, and technique to make your bungee fitness class most successful and fun.

A: To get started with bungee fitness at FitLife Bungee LLC, simply visit our website and sign up for a First-Timer’s class. After instructor approval, you may move on to other classes. We welcome all fitness levels and are excited to help yo
u achieve your fitness goals.    
   

Q: What should I wear to a class at FitLife Bungee LLC?    
A:
We recommend wearing leggings or bike shorts, a high impact sports-bra, and a fitted shirt/tank top with non-slip tennis shoes.

Q: Do I need to bring anything with me?  

A: We ask that you do bring your own water. Other than that, just come ready to have fun!

Q: Can guys take this class? What do they wear? 

A: Absolutely! We suggest guys to wear long workout pants, sweat pants, or longer gym shorts. You may also want to wear protective gear for strapping into a harness. 

   
Q: What is the age requirement for bungee fitness classes?    
A: Anyone aged 18 and above is welcome to attend our classes.    
   

Q: Can I book a private bungee fitness class?    
A: Yes, we offer private bungee fitness classes for group events, parties, and corporate team building. Contact us to learn more about pricing and availability.

Q: Is there a weight limit? 

A: Yes, there is a weight limit for bungee participants of 270 lbs. Harnesses and bungee cords will be adjusted to provide proper resistance, and harnesses do come in a variety of sizes, but for a safe and successful training session, we have a very strict weight requirement of 90-270 lbs.

Q: What are the medical concerns?

A: Participants may not have serious medical conditions, injuries, or recent surgeries, and participant may not be pregnant.
