Service Description
This is where you start! We teach you basic techniques of bungee fitness from balance, squats, jumps, pushups and flight skills added with cardio intervals. This class will get the heart rate up, while having fun. You will need to complete First Timers Intro class before moving on to our Level 2 class. We want to ensure that you are comfortable with the basic movements and terminology before moving on to our Level 2 class.
